The commercial rollout project for Marionnaud Paris in León meets the technical and visual standards of an international brand specialized in cosmetics and selective perfumery. Inicio Group carries out a comprehensive adaptation of the store to the corporate image, ensuring full alignment with the aesthetic, functional, and operational guidelines established by the head office.
The façade is designed with a continuous glazed front featuring a central entrance and black framing, bordered by an upper retroilluminated vinyl cladding in the brand’s corporate purple color. This configuration creates a direct, recognizable, and symmetrical image that maximizes visibility from the main street’s pedestrian flow.
Inside, the space is organized linearly with intuitive pathways, focal points in promotional areas, and extensive use of modular display furniture with backlit fronts. Glossy white finishes and light wood, combined with continuous LED track lighting and decorative fixtures in the central ceiling box, enhance the sense of spaciousness, cleanliness, and order.
The intervention is tailored to meet the technical requirements for HVAC, safety, and energy efficiency in the retail sector, complying with local regulations and the implementation schedule set by the operator. The result is a commercial space with high executional precision, aligned with Marionnaud’s expansion strategy in prime urban environments.
